2 – Sign In on MyBalanceNow
- Enter the 16-digit card number exactly as printed.
- Type the expiration date in the MM/YY format—include the leading zero when the month is under 10.

3 – Create a ZIP (Required for Online Shopping)
Inside the dashboard, choose Manage Card → Address / ZIP, enter your five-digit U.S. ZIP twice, and press Save. This enables address-verification matches at Amazon, PayPal, and Xbox.
