1. Screen-Reader Tips (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Go to the login page and press H to jump to the “Balance Check” heading.
- Use F to cycle through the three form fields (card #, expiry, CVV).
- After entering CVV, press Insert + F7 (NVDA/JAWS) or ⌘ + ⌥ + U (VoiceOver) and choose the Sign In button.
- Result page automatically announces balance; use headings (H) to navigate to “Transactions.”
Landmarks: banner, main, complementary, and footer are all ARIA-labeled for quick jump.
2. Keyboard-Only Navigation
- Tab — moves forward through fields/buttons
- Shift + Tab — moves backward
- Enter — activates focused button (e.g., Sign In)
- Esc — closes any pop-up error dialog

Does the portal time-out if I take longer to type?
After 4 minutes of inactivity the session times out for security. Screen-reader users can re-enter the form—fields stay announced in order.
Can I get statements in Braille or large print?
Yes—call the GiftCard team (1-800-544-2943) and ask for Braille or 18-point large-print balance mailer.
Is the mobile app accessible?
The Target app supports TalkBack and VoiceOver. Gift Card balance auto-speaks when you open Wallet.
